Who can eat the qurban of shifa?

All people can eat the meat of the shifa qurban, especially the patient himself, his family members, neighbors and relatives. However, if the owner of the qurban has the purpose of both healing and distributing it to the poor, poor and needy, people in need of help can be researched and the meat can be distributed to those people.
